1 - Production (2 to 5 days): After we receive your order, we shift into production mode. During busy seasons, the process typically takes 1-2 days longer. Please understand.
2 - Shipping (7-14 Days or Faster): Want to get your item faster? Select the 'Expedited VIP' option after adding your product to the cart for the fastest shipping method we can provide. There are also different shipping options available at checkout.
Delivery
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

Each item is custom-made with care, so please allow 7-10 business days for production. After that, shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days depending on your location. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 14-25 business days.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because our products are personalized and custom-made,we do not offer refunds or returns once production has started. However, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production begins, and cancellations will not be possible.

If you realize there's a mistake or you've uploaded the wrong photo, please contact us immediately at info@artloverhouse.com within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, production will have started, and changes can no longer be made.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in crafting and shipping your product, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement of the same item, free of charge.
