By placing an order, you accept all the terms mentioned below.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If you purchased our Delivery Guarantee service and your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please report the issue through the Seel Resolution Center. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

RETURN & REFUND

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they are personalized. Once an order is placed, the customization process begins immediately. Therefore, we cannot support changes to the customized information (e.g., size or color) after the order is placed.

  • Mistakes on Our Part: If we make a mistake, we will promptly send you a replacement. Please note that we do not offer refunds in this situation. Customized products contain exclusive information and cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.

CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once locked for processing. Personalized orders are locked for processing immediately after completion. Please double-check all details before finalizing your order.

FREE REPLACEMENT

This applies to packages with no movement for more than three weeks or those significantly exceeding our estimated arrival time. If the shipping address is correct, you will receive a FREE replacement under the following conditions within 30 days of arrival:

  • Products that have been damaged, crashed, or are faulty due to our factory or carrier.
  • Products that are significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect customized information).

Replacement Process: To initiate a replacement, please email us with the following information:

  • Order number and your email
  • Video/photo of the defective product
  • If applicable, photographs of printing errors or measurements showing sizing issues

We will send you a new product upon confirmation by our customer service. We believe replacement is the best way to resolve issues, and we do not offer refunds.

Note: We do not accept replacements for customer errors, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Please check your address carefully before checking out.

Allowable Variance

Please allow for a 20% variance between advertised images and the actual item received. This variance may occur due to lighting conditions during photo shoots or monitor display settings.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In some cases, replacements may be sent with a small fee if:

  • You received the wrong item/design/size due to incorrect input during customization.
  • In this situation, you do not need to return the defective item received.
